Hi friends! I had the urge tonight to open up the laptop and write a post, so I am sensing an end to this miserable writer’s block. FINALLY. I’ve really been itching to write but I’ve almost paralyzed or frozen from actually typing the words out and making coherent sentences. It’s been the worst, but I’ve been going with it.
BUT HOW ARE YOU?? I’ve missed the online community this little space has brought me. Seriously, any comment on a post seriously makes my day. It’s the little things, right?
I’ve decided to break my habit of writing a post the night before and publishing it for the next morning. I notice tons of bloggers do it, but that just isn’t working for me anymore – at least not right now. To get back on the blogging train, I need to just post when it feels right and not worry about it being done at night for the next morning. Once I write, it’s going live. This will ease my transition back to blogging regularly and not feel like if I didn’t write a post at night, it’s just not going to happen.
The past few weeks have been quite the whirlwind. Our landlord decided to sell the place, so my roommate and I are getting the boot. She let us know a month before the lease ended, but luckily we found a place in 2 days and signed the lease 3 days after! Like for most people, moving is a huge stressor for me (HUGE) and so I felt a little more at ease with how easy it was finding a new place to live. In the midst of all of the moving chaos, work has been chaos too.
There have been a lot of changes in addition to our health fair coming up and the normal day-to-day tasks, so by the time Friday rolls around, I am so so so happy. Luckily, we move the weekend before the week of the health fair, so in just a few short weeks things will finally settle down.
A while back, I mentioned I started taking beef liver capsules on my Instagram, but I don’t think I’ve ever mentioned why.
I went to the doctor a month or two ago and found out that my B12 levels were SUPER low. Since I’ve been dealing with some mood and energy issues, I’m working on to see if this is the culprit. Beef liver has the most amount of B12 out of any animal product and the vitamin I was taking before would nearly make me choke every time I took it, so I decided to give it a go. I go back to the doctor at the end of the month for another blood test, so keep your fingers crossed the beef liver is working!
On the meal and workout front, healthy eating and MADabolic has been consistent. I’ve been working out 4-5 days a week and it’s felt easy – not the actually working out part but the schedule ha! With the amount of super early mornings I have, I’ve gotten back on the overnight oats bandwagon. I’ve been OBSESSED with Lee’s blueberry muffin overnight oats:
Anyway, I’ll quit rambling – have a great day friends!

Bloggers: how do overcome writer’s block?
Any moving tips for me? I’m also looking for an inexpensive rug for my bedroom. Any suggestions on where to buy?
What’s been your go-to breakfast lately?
