Happy belated Cinco de Mayo! I hope you all had a margarita or two for me. 😉
I woke up for a 6am hot yoga class at Charlotte Yoga (class led by Jen…I totally fangirled btw) and was surprised at my ease of waking up that early. Last night I was worried about if I would be able to wake up or not, but I was up a few times last night checking the clock..I really think I was excited for class. I really needed the sweat and deep stretch. I always feel so alive after hot yoga.
After, I headed on over to FlyWheel to get in my 3rd class of the week. I am leaving for Michigan bright and early Friday so I have to cram in these FlyWheel classes this week for the challenge! My legs pedaled with more ease than I had anticipated. I have been having some trouble with the sprint tracks, but didn’t “struggle” as much reaching above 85 RPMs this morning. WOOHOO!
I’ve got some meal prep to do, emails to respond to, and I may try and get my oil changed before I have to head into work. Do you ever feel like there are just never enough hours in the day? Story of my life.
