Happy Monday!
How was your weekend/Valentine’s Day? Being a single lady, I had no plans with a significant other. I treated myself to sleeping in, a trip to the mall, and relaxing. I definitely took the opportunity this weekend for some serious self-care. I have the day off today (hallelujah!) and will be spending my day meeting a friend for breakfast, studying, a MADabolic workout, and Netflix. I hope you have a killer start to the week and if you have the day off today, enjoy!
Without further ado, here’s my monthly roundup of everything I’ve been doing and loving.
Current Book: This gem.
And by gem, I mean the bane of my existence.
Current Food: This month, there hasn’t been anything exciting happening in my kitchen. BUT, over the weekend, one of my friend’s hosted the annual Galentine’s Day brunch and the food was to die for.
Sangria, chicken sausage, prosciutto-wrapped asparagus, fruit, veggies, baked french toast, granola cups topped with Greek yogurt, and an egg potato casserole. It was so delicious!
Current Obsession: Snapchat and their freaky filters.
I’ve been using Snapchat a heck of a lot more recently and I’ve been weirdly obsessed with taking selfies with the weird filters.
It’s been wildly entertaining, but for some…not so much.

Current Drink: Almond milk cappuccinos with extra espresso from Whole Foods
Current Need: Some eye gels and a coffee.
Current Music: Throwback to “Sunday Morning” by Maroon 5. It’s love.
Current Craving: Kale salads from Chop’t.
Current Non-Guilty Pleasure: Still on a Sephora face and eye mask kick!
I’ve been using these for a couple months now, and I can’t be stopped. I got some for a few friends for Valentine’s Galentine’s Day, and picked up some for me 🙂
Current Guilty Pleasure: See current drink. I’ve been going way to often lately, but the fact that I spend less on a coffee at WF than at Starbucks keeps it somewhat justified.
Also, the other weekend, Meig and I gave into Duck Donuts. It had been a long time since us donut lovers had been, and boy, was it good. Totally worth the crappy feeling after.
Current Workout: For me, MADabolic and FlyBarre are always a fav!
In my classes, I’ve been digging some Deck of Cards boot camps.
Current Exercise: Pull-ups! I’ve been adding more into my Boot Camp classes.
Current Excitement: Jessica replying to one of my snaps of me making her browned butter banana bread. Not going to lie, but I kinda fan-girled for 6 seconds.
Also, I am excited for having today off! *insert confetti emoji*
Current Mood: ..until next weekend…

February 18, 2016 at 11:59 AMI’ve never had an almond milk cappachino, but Dunkin’ Donuts’ almond milk latte’s are amazing. Sunday Morning is such a good song!! Maroon 5 will always be a fave of mine 🙂
