Okay Sara, you’ve finally got it together.
I totally meant to link up with Meghan’s Week in Review last week, but…you know. I let life get in the way. But, I’m here now.

This week was quite the eventful one! I kicked off the week with going to Heist and the Walk the Moon concert at the Fillmore.
Tuesday, my mama arrived! First stop: tacos.
On Wednesday, I took the day off of work so my mom and I could hang out. We hit up probably every landmark in Charlotte. Slight exaggeration, but we went to Toast, Trader Joe’s, Green with Envy gift shop, the outlets, TJ Maxx, and South Park mall. Shopping is exhausting.
That night, my mom cooked me and my friends some dinner. Gotta love when mom cooks!
On Thursday, she accompanied me to my morning class. It was so fun having her meet everyone! Sadly, I had to work that day, but I had all day to look forward to our last dinner before she left for Maryland.
We ate at Good Food on Montford. If you live in Charlotte, you NEED to go. And to celebrate her last night in town, we ended with dessert:
In addition to spending as much time as I could with my mom, I still managed to:
-Post 2 blog posts
-Set up my PO box
-Study for my Saturday test
My own workouts took a back seat this week to fully enjoy family time, so here’s this week’s game plan:
Typically, I don’t go out this often/slack on workouts during the week, but sometimes you just have to go with the flow and not get down on yourself.
Questions: How was your week? What did you do/get accomplished? What’s the week ahead look like for you? Favorite dessert?

October 26, 2015 at 6:24 AMI love shopping with my mom, too! Definitely something we always have done/do together! I have a busy week ahead. I am starting an outdoor bootcamo this week after work, so I will be running around all week. It will be fun, though! Have a great week!

October 26, 2015 at 7:25 PMIt looks like you had a fantastic visit with your mom and that is so much more important (and fun) than working out and eating in. Although this week’s workouts look pretty sassy. Air Tabata sounds awesome and I love me some hot yoga.
Happy Monday, and thanks for linking up. I’m so glad you made it this week.
