Good evening, friends! Over the past two weeks, my workouts have been all over the board. Some rest days, many hikes in Colorado, and a helluuuva lot more teaching at work. I don’t know what it is about this month, but my classes at work have been picking up now that tax season is officially over. No complaints there!
Week of May 11th
Monday:
Took 2 FlyWheel classes (it was the last week of the challenge and was leaving for Colorado that week so 2 classes in one day had to be done to complete it) & taught H.I.I.T and Core
Tuesday:
Taught my morning Cardio Sculpt class, Boot Camp, and Core class + Took a FlyWheel class
Below is the Boot Camp class I did. The class is a short one (30 minutes including warm-up and cool-down) so it doesn’t consist of anything too long or complicated. It’s an AMRAP workout, so all participants can do at their own pace.
30-20-10 (do 30 of each, 20 of each, 10 of each, and work your way back up)
Jump Squats
Criss-cross Mountain Climbers
Jack Push-Ups
Sit-Ups
Wednesday:
Took a FlyWheel class + taught Beginner Pilates and Beginner Yoga
Thursday:
Hike at Red Rocks in Colorado
Friday:
Short hike at Chautauqua Park
Saturday:

Boot Camp class went down like this:
This class is a short one too, so that’s why the reps seem a little on the low side. But trust me, once you get going in this, 10 is plenty.
AMRAP BOSU Boot Camp (10 of each exercise):
-BOSU Traveling Push-Ups
-Upright Rows on BOSU
-Sumo Hops on and off BOSU
-Reverse Flies with Band on BOSU
-Plank Walks on BOSU (10 each arm)
At the end of each round, do 1 lap of broad jump burpees around exercise room
Friday:
Took FlyBarre class, Taught Intervals class
30 Minute Interval Blast Class (2 minutes on, 1 minute of rest)
-Sumo High Pulls
-Lateral Jump Burpees
-Plank Rows
-High Knees through agility ladder
Saturday:
60-minute hot yoga & kayaking
Sunday:
REST
Question: What is your favorite piece of equipment to use? I’ve been loving the BOSU lately!
