Good morning, friends! How is the day going so far? I’m just getting back from teaching my Cardio Sculpt class followed by a run to Dunkin, the bank, and FlyWheel. I needed a turbo shot for an extra boost because today is going to be a loooong day. I can’t believe I leave for Colorado tomorrow. Ahh!!
I also had to drop Winston off at the kennel this morning to stay while I am gone. It was the most depressing ever. I hate leaving my little baby!
I am also slightly irritated with wordpress right now. One day I can load pictures without an issue, and the next it won’t let me. I’ve tried doing it probably a million times, updating the software on my computer, installing updates on wordpress, and nothing seems to work. SO. F-ING. FRUSTRATING.
I am also getting spam comments like crazy on one post. It is beyond annoying. And with the whole picture issue, it is enough to make me scream. Any help is appreciated!
This post is coming at ya late because of the picture thing, but I’ve decided to just go for it anyways. Last week was a loooot of FlyWheel. Actually, a lot of classes in general. It was the 3rd week of the challenge and my body was craving some barre and yoga so that was thrown into the mix. Classes at work also managed to kick my butt, so by the time Friday’s barre class rolled around, I was struggling. That weekend, I knew I was heading out of town and healthy eating may not have been happening as frequently as I would like, so I really tried to make up for it last week’s workouts.
Sunday- FlyWheel + FlyBarre
Monday- Taught HIIT + Core, Took FlyWheel
Tuesday- Taught Bootcamp, Core, + Cardio Sculpt, Took Pilates Sculpt class (I wanted to cry this day)
Wednesday- Took Hot Vinyasa + FlyWheel, Taught Basic Yoga
Thursday- Taught Cardio Sculpt + Bootcamp, took FlyWheel
Friday- FlyBarre
Saturday- OFF
