Helloooo, Monday. Who needed extra coffee today? Meeeee.
This past week was a struggle in terms of workouts. Getting them done wasn’t the struggle, it was the actual workout itself, I guess. Nothing really seemed out of the ordinary, but what I did on Wednesday totally kicked my butt and I was sooo sore for the rest of the week.

Took FlyWheel class, Taught Boot Camp + Core class
Wednesday
Took a barre class, Taught beginner Pilates + Yoga, Taught Boxing (this day was a killer!)
Thursday
Took Hot Yoga class, Taught Cardio Sculpt + Boot Camp + Core
Friday
Class at MADabolic Inc
2 minutes each station, 1 minute rest – 2x for each station, 3 rounds total:
-Snowboarder hops
-Sprints on bike
-Suicides
-Power clean + press (30 lbs, 35 lbs)
-KB Step Ups “Stairmaster”

AIR class
In terms of food, I was getting better about meal prep and cooking and had some good eats. Go me!
TJs flatbread pizza with fig jam, proscuitto, parmesan, and arugula
Salmon burger with roasted broccoli + butternut squash, & watermelon
A salad with everything on it!
And a couple of these for good measure 🙂
