Welp, another Monday is here and it’s that time to go over last week’s eats and workouts! I do this to keep myself accountable, and I also enjoy reading what other people are eating and how they are moving. Honestly, I eat the same meal a few times a week just because when cooking for one, you usually have a bunch of leftovers! Without further ado, here’s what I’ve been eating recently:
When it comes to packed lunches, I’ve been eating all the salads with alllllllltheblueberries. So good! And these 34° Crisps never do wrong.
Vanilla Greek yogurt topped with strawberries + Gluten Free Chex granola
Another recipe fail right here (I’m just on a roll!): wannabe cauliflower mac & cheese with another appearance from 34° Crisps
Oh look! Another salad with blueberries!
A present in the form of a strawberry cheesecake cupcake left by a member!
Salmon burger + sriracha, spinach, and garlic parmesan potatoes
Most meals have ended with a piece (or 3) of dark chocolate
HOMEMADE COLD BREW COFFEE. yaaaaasss.
Broccoli slaw made with 2 small avocados, 1/4 cooked sweet potato, 1/2 cup slivered almonds, and cranberries!
Weekly Workouts 6/28
Sunday- FlyBarre
Monday- Teach HIIT + Core, Took Barre class
Tuesday- Teach Boot Camp + Core + Cardio Sculpt
Wednesday- Vinyasa class
Thursday- Teach Boot Camp + Core + Cardio Sculpt
Friday- MADabolic class
Saturday- 3 mile run
Question: What have been your favorite eats lately? What’s your favorite group exercise class to take?

July 7, 2015 at 1:36 PMTotally loving that broccoli slaw. I’m going to have to make some ASAP! I’ve been attempting a whole-foods based cleanse, so I’m really into my smoothies at the moment. Who knew blended veggies could actually be good!? And I’m a total SoulCycle groupie. Love love love. Hope you have a great week!
