As I sort of mentioned in my last post, I’ve been in a little bit of a funk. I’ve been tired constantly (but I have to blame Netflix to some extent) and haven’t been in the mood to workout the past couple of days. I’m just rolling with it though. No need to push it! Lots of rest days occurred and lots of easy meals.
Aside from the meals I didn’t cook myself (2 trips to Cabo Fish Taco. Not sorry), here are some meals I’ve been eating recently:
Strawberries “and cream” oats topped with almond butter and blackberries- recipe coming soon!
Homemade chicken meatballs, roasted okra, and sweet potato + cinnamon
Work snacks! The Vanilla Espresso almond butter from Wild Friends is SO GOOD.
Whole wheat wrap with deli turkey, spinach, tomatoes, cucumbers, green peppers, hummus, and mustard
Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal from My Oatmeal!
Oats and nut butter…the usual.

Tuesday: Taught Cardio Sculpt + Boot Camp + Core, Took AIR class
Wednesday: Rest
Thursday: Taught Cardio Sculpt
Friday: Taught Intervals, Took Pilates Sculpt class
Saturday: Rest
Sunday: Rest
