Phew! I am finally home snuggled up with my little man.
He is so smushy.
This morning started off with my cardio sculpt class at 7:30. It is always a good start to the day when it is started with that group. 🙂
When we were done I headed home to eat which consisted of a reeeeeally good smoothie. I attempted to take a picture of it thinking I’d post the recipe soon, but managed to fumble it while making my way from my cave-of-a-kitchen to our porch where we only get sun in our place. #amateur
I was able to do a little prep by getting my clothes, etc ready for the day then it was off to a Pilates Sculpt class at Inspire Pilates & Beyond. The class was killer, as always. If you are in the CLT area, I highly recommend taking a class. I like to think I am in decent shape and then I go to one of Jamie’s classes and I am totally proven wrong. The burn and shake is too good!
Anywho…onto last week’s workouts and eats!
Last week was my first “real” week back into consistent workouts. I was sick for a few weeks which required an additional week or two of rest. I have been doing the FlyWheel challenge, but I was finally starting to feel like myself again so threw in some classes through Class Pass.
Sunday– Pure Barre and Flywheel
Monday– Taught Step & Sculpt and Kick & Sculpt classes
Tuesday– Taught Cardio Sculpt and took Pilates Sculpt class
Wednesday– Taught Core, took FlyWheel and Hot Yoga
Thursday– Taught Cardio Conditioning
Friday– Taught Core, took FlyWheel
Saturday– Took FlyWheel and barre class
Each week definitely fluctuates. At work, I teach 1-3 classes a day, but sometimes I am able to instruct them, while others I participate in. It really depends on the participants and the class. I taught more than what is listed above, but I was able to instruct a lot this week so I did not include them.
Eats have been decent lately. I have not been in the mood to cook, so I have gone out to eat a few times (holllaaaa Chipotle gift card!).
Tuna Avocado Salad Lettuce Wraps:
Almond Meal-Crusted Salmon with Honey Mustard glaze, kale and brown rice
A salad with EVERYTHING on it & an apple:
Cinnamon Oats with strawberries and cashew butter:
TJ’s Kale, Sweet Potato, and Butternut Squash Pizza (insert heart-eye emoji):
Not Pictured: Ben and Jerry’s The Tonight Dough. Because we both know ..that’s been long gone.
Question: What have you been loving lately? Eats and/or workouts?
[Note: These are just a few pictures of some of the things I ate last week. I enjoy reading about other people’s workouts and meals for inspiration, meal ideas, etc so I will be doing the same. This is not all I eat in a week. ]
